APAGAR soft fibre ceiling panels have high density fibre glass /rock wool as the ingredient. This is premium product with superior acoustic performance creating a quiet environment. APAGAR ceiling tiles are completely sealed on all sides edges and back and provide superior noise reduction and sound absorption. Their surface is smooth, even and maintains a high Fire resistance. Installation details: A. False Ceiling T Grid Ceiling: Providing and fixing APAGAR ceiling tile with exposed GI T- Grid (T 24 ) at given level by architect or site drawing with support hanger to the soffit and adjustable clip to give a seam less look of 2' x 2' module. The tiles shall be premiered in matching shade of grid and provided with opening of necessary fittings. For installation of APAGAR glass/rockwool ceiling tile of 595mm x 595mm x 15 mm, in T grids (T24)using main runner spaced at 1200mm c/c fixed to soffit Suspension System –(adjustable hangers shall be at 1200mm distance). First and last hangers should not be at a distance more than 450mm from the adjacent wall. 1200mm Cross Tee to be interlocked between main runner at 600mm c/c in this a 600mm short cross tee inserted parallel to the main runner to form a module of 600mmx600mm. Wall angle to be screwed to wall periphery at 450mm c/c. The lay in tile of 595 x 595 shall be placed in this module to give a flush look.
