An automatic drop-down seal for doors consists of an internal aluminium profile of variable dimensions depending on the model and on the door system in which it will be installed and of a second inner aluminium profile that is pushed downwards by rigid trust-roads in plastic material. The system is activated by a plunger that pushes against the door frame or on a specific external element when the door closes. Beginning from the plunger side, the internal profile drops downwards to complete its movement on the opposite side for a complete drop. This profile is equipped with a seal the type changes depending on the different models that stick to the floor closing the gap for all the length of the door.

What is automatic drop down

Automatic drop down seals for doors are created to close the annoying gap between the door and the floor. Filling the gap when the door is closed, automatic seals keep out dust and insects and protect from air, water, wind and noise to guarantee comfort and safety in living spaces. APPLICATION:‐ Timber doors.

TRIMMING LENGTHS:‐ Up to 200 mm on the opposite side to the
plunger. Length 330 can be shortened 50mm, length 430 can be shortened 130mm.
